Before entering the online store and browsing our website, we invite you to consult the following terms and conditions, which apply specifically to the use of the JGC online store, located at www.e-jgc.gr.

5. Shipping time
For products that are immediately available, shipments are made within 2 working days from the date of order.
For products that are available, the shipping time depends on the availability, since the products that have limited availability are displayed as available and may happen to be exhausted at the time of the execution of the order. If available the order will be executed in two (2) working days while if it is not it will be executed in two (2) working days from the date of receipt by the construction companies.
For unavailable products, shipments are made within 2 working days from the date of receipt of the products by the manufacturers, as indicated on the tab of each product.

6. Shipping method
The shipment is made with a courier company of the sender's choice. Exceptions are cases where the customer has requested collection from our headquarters.
The products come registered and a signature is required. Make sure someone is present at the shipping address you select.

7. Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on the volume and weight of the products ordered. It starts from € 5 minimum charge and increases accordingly. Shipping cost is calculated upon completion of the order and is shown before acceptance.
If products are returned due to incorrect or incomplete address, shipping costs are non-refundable.

8. Responsibility & Security of shipment
The products are packaged under the responsibility of the sender following the international rules of the courier companies.
Shipping is the responsibility of the recipient.
Upon receipt of the order and in the presence of the distributor, you are obliged to check the condition of the products before signing the delivery document and therefore accept the parcel. Once the delivery document has been signed, it is considered that you have previously checked the condition of the products.
All quoted prices include VAT. Depending on the region in which you are, the respective VAT rates apply (normal or reduced), which are automatically added to the prices of the products at the order stage
You can choose whether your payment will be made by invoice or by simple receipt. Invoice can be issued to companies and freelancers, if they fill in the following information when ordering: company name, VAT number, Tax Office and Profession.

9. Payment methods
You can pay for your order in 3 ways:

Pay on delivery:
You pay the distributor in cash at the time of receipt. This service is free for all shipments within Greece. Payment by cash on delivery method is not possible when the total cost of shipping is greater than € 500.

Credit card:
Credit card. If you have a MasterCard, VISA credit card, you can use it safely through Piraeus Bank. All transactions are made through highly trusted third parties such as Piraeus Bank, the award-winning services and security provider and the world leader in secure and reliable PayPal transactions.

You can take advantage of interest-free installments of credit cards as follows:
3 interest-free installments from 600 € - 800 €
4 interest-free installments from € 800 - € 1000
5 interest-free installments from 1000 € - 1200 €
6 interest-free installments for over 1200 €

None of your credit card information is ever disclosed to JGC. The only details reported to JGC by the aforementioned partners are related to the completion or non-completion of the transaction and do not contain any sensitive personal data, such as your card number.

PayPal service:
This is the most popular system - payment service through third parties where it mediates between Seller and Buyer, facilitating the completion of a transaction by disclosing to the contracting parties only the necessary information for the completion of the "payment".

10. Return policy for non-defective products
Due to the nature of e-shopping, it is common for the final recipient's expectations not to be met by the product of their choice, due to the lack of physical contact with the item to be purchased.
JGC A.E. Supporting E-Commerce enables you, through the completeness of the descriptions it posts on its pages, to enjoy the privilege of direct contact with the products available on your computer screen, quickly and easily.
However, wanting to cover even more of our customers, in order to highlight the benefits of using the internet in our daily markets, we offer the possibility of returning the products. Below we list the terms and ways of returning non-defective products.

Return Terms
1. The date of receipt of your order with the date of submission of the request for return should not exceed 14 calendar days.
2. The packaging has not been violated and is in its original (factory) condition.

Return Procedure
1. If you are near our offices
In this case you can visit our offices and, after the condition of the product is checked by the competent official, he will guide you for further.

2. If you receive via courier
In this case:
2.1 Pack the product in a larger box so that it is protected during shipment.
2.2 Put in the package you have made a document in which you tell us how you wish to resolve the financial issue, if the product is deemed capable of return.
2.3 Send the parcel, through the courier agency from which you received your order, to the attention of the Returns Department. Please note that return costs are borne by the customer.
We would like to point out that in case the product does not meet the above conditions, it will be returned to the sender at his own expense.
